PHK – Light Optical Microscope (LOM)
It is a semi-hot cell adapted for working with irradiated and non-irradiated samples. The cell is equipped with a light optical microscope (LOM) for the examination of metallographic cuts.
Laboratory equipment:
- Nikon Eclipse MA200 inverted metallographic microscope
Microscope equipment:
- Motorized stage
- Motorized turret head for 5 objectives
- Motorized polarization
- Magnification: 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x
- Diameter sample holes: 25, 30, 40 and oval 25–40 mm
